Parental Leave for Mini-Cam Employees

As part of our commitment to build a fairer and more inclusive business, we are delighted to announce our new global parental leave policy. It’s set against the backdrop of changes to work in recent months, which has accelerated expectations of flexibility among employees and employers alike.

Implemented throughout Halma plc and open to all Mini-Cam employees, we offer 14 weeks of full paid leave for births, surrogacy and adoptions, equally to men and women regardless of their gender, their sexual orientation or the market in which they live or work.
